05.Daily chemical products containing plastic beads

Disposable non-degradable plastic knives, fork, spoon, excluding disposable plastic tableware used for prepackaged food.
09. Disposable plastic straw
Disposable non-degradable plastic straws used to absorb liquid food in catering services, excluding plastic straws brought on the outer packaging of food such as milk and drinks.
10. Refinement criteria will be dynamically updated to reflect actual performance
During the period of dealing with major public emergencies such as natural disasters, accident disasters, public health events and social security events, disposable plastic products used for emergency support, material distribution, catering services and so on in specific areas are exempted from the ban.
